Since our knitwear is handmade, shipping begins only after production.

- Delivery time: approx. 2-5 business days after production
- Shipping within Germany via DHL or UPS, including tracking
- We assume the transport risk
Returns
Withdrawal possible within one month. Refund within 14 days of return, via the same payment method.
- Free return shipping within Germany
- Use original packaging if possible
- Include accessories, pack items securely for transport
- Products must be unworn and unwashed

How to measure correctly
How to measure correctly
Measure your body as follows to find the right size for you. Use a flexible measuring tape and measure close to the body over underwear or thin clothing.
- Chest: Measure horizontally around the area with the largest circumference.
- Waist: Measure along your natural waistline (between the lower ribs and hips).
- Hips: Keep your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks.
- Inseam: Measure along the inside of the leg from the highest point of the crotch to the ankle.
Tip: Breathe normally, keep the measuring tape straight (do not let it cut in), and measure twice if in doubt.
